Book Update

 

My new book is selling now -- and was Amazon's #1 New Release in Motorcycles!  Note the red ribbon to the right of the top of the cover photo.  A huge thanks to all who read it and left glowing reviews!  I'm thrilled that it's being enjoyed by many.  I even have readers in the U.K. (according to the stats Amazon provides).

North to Wrigley was also Amazon's #1 New Release in Canadian Travel!  

The effort to prepare the manuscript and cover for the paperback edition, however, has taken longer than I anticipated, but a second proof copy is on its way this week.  It should be much closer to publishing-ready than the first one, so I'm hoping it will be available for sale by this time next week.  I know, I've said that before.  But this time it has a much greater chance of being true!

One last bit of new info, the book now comes up when you Google my name!  The first result is not me.  I've never lived in Maine.  But perhaps I should give him a call.  The second record is indeed mine, from a brief residency in Arkansas -- but is over twenty years old!  The third entry in the screen shot above is the one most relevant.  The font is pretty small, but it shows a five-star rating.

That's right, my new book North to Wrigley: End of the Summer Road is now available as an eBook on Amazon!  A paperback version should also be an option sometime next week.  Below, I've copied the book's description from that website.
